What do I do if I have forgotten my username and/or password?
You can sign in with either your username or email address. If you have forgotten your password, select 'Lost Password' on the sign-in page and follow the prompts.
Can the Learning HUB be accessed via any web browser?
Yes, you may use any web browser, provided it is updated to the most recent version.
Why is my course not loading?
How do I start my course?
Select the View/Enter/Start/Continue Training button next to the course name. If you are on a mobile device and the button isn’t visible, scroll to the right of the screen to find it.
If you are still having difficulties, contact IT Service Desk for assistance on 1800 647 462.
How long do the courses take?
Course lengths vary, and can be completed at your own pace.
Do I have to finish the course in one sitting?
No. You can leave the course at any time by selecting the EXIT button or closing the window. Your course progress will be saved and you will return to the last save point when you revisit the course again.
How do I add another site induction?
Select 'Add new Site' from the dashboard (located in the Training Plan: All section on the right of screen).

How do I access proof of completion/certificates?
You are not required to print or download certificates.
When an induction is completed correctly, a confirmation email is automatically sent to your registered email address. This email is to be used as proof of completion on arrival to site.
